Piletest was engaged to undertake Thermal Integrity Profiling (TIP) on 45 metre deep bored piles drilled under bentonite fluid. TIP provided near instant integrity results for the four piles tested, allowing assessment of the concrete temperature, quality, pile/cage verticality and shaft cover.
